G6, best design, but Unfortunately, the biggest bezels has the best internals (and stereo speakers) which is what really matter, so my vote goes to Sony.
Why can't the design be like the Nexus 6 with small bezels all around and stereo speakers... Probably the best designed phone in the last 5 years.

The XZ Premium is clearly the best flagship, at least based on specs & initial reviews.
I really wanted the G6 to succeed but unfortunately LG has given it a high price, yet too many drawbacks and even some downgrades from their previous flagships:
SnapDragon 821, 5 MP selfie camera, a downgraded rear Sony sensor, no IR blaster, no removable battery, Gorilla Glass 3, no laser auto-focus.

Voted vor LG G6, Moto G5 Plus and Xperia XA1. Nokia (more like HMD) isn't getting my excitement.

Samsung is going down already, just like Apple
Note 7 fiasco is a huge indication
Nokia's comeback is there to prove it
And even Sony's TRUE FLAGSHIP COMEBACK will totally pull Samsung and other popular brands away
Mark my words, by 2020, Samsung would've fallen down already because of Sony :)

LG G6 all the way (at least until S8 comes along), Xperia XZ looks like any other Sony phone out there, dull.

In all honesty I would have chose the Nokia 3310 :-)
LG G6 overpriced with last year's processor. Should have waited for SD835 then might have been worth it.
SONY XZ Premium, Not even worth it, It doesn't support VR with a 4K screen???
Might as well Get Z5 Premium! As at least the depreciation has already occurred.
I guess the best of a bad bunch is the Hauwei P10 plus!

Very silly for Sony to announce the XZ Premium when it won't be out to the public for a long time. Your excitement goes down the drain when you have to wait for a long time.

I got mine in July for 460€ or 485$ by $ I mean US dollar. Side note, I could have bought it at a lower price of 450$ since the gold and black were at that price but I just paid 30$ more for the mirror one. The fact that you probably don't live in Europe doesn't mean Sony doesn't provide since prices are almost identical across most European countries. S7 goes for 100$ more and S7 edge for 180$ more. You can also get an XZ for 500$ which still comes 25$ less expensive than a S7. Just for information purposes. Don't make conclusions based on a country alone.

All of this years MWC smartphones were awesome! LG is just pricing the G6 too high for the base model, Sony doesnt have a good reputation when it comes to smartphone cameras or aquisitions of them in the 1st place (aswell as theyr hated bezels, but they have front facing speakers at least) and Huawei has gone from an AMOLED to an LCD again with the P10 Plus. The Mate 9 Pro still seems to be better than the P10 Plus, so they have something going against them. Most midrangers just got a premium body, android nougat and a decent camera, so always good news in the 200-400€ price segment.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium all the way, even with those big bezels, because of the beautiful 4K HDR screen, unbelievable cameras, stereo speakers, Snapdragon 835 and stylish design. LG G6 is not a flagship, with Snapdragon 821, so a big NO! Huawei P10 is just a gimmicky device, with that weird button and color-monocrom cameras, so again a big NO!
