AnonD-1487, 05 Mar 2011urm..what for?send a text or calling functi0n..for dedicate... moreI have to agree with the original post.
This isn't the question of Specs against the other phones. Rather, this is a question of "how much this will be of use to you or your lifestyle".
Typically, persons who wants a PURELY game machine that can be bought anywhere can buy the handheld devices. But for people who are on the go and doesn't want additional devices to get a gaming experience like the PSP can go for Experia PLAY.
In terms of specs, I dont think there is a product that is perfect in its initial release. Even the PS1 and the PSP had a hard time and had their own challenges when these were released. The same is true for Experia PLAY. The issue now here is what can Sony do to maintain or grow the community that will support and buy the experia play. If it isn't supported by consumers, it will end up in the trash bin like the PSP Go.
So again, this isn't a question NOR a battle of specs with other smartphones. The intent of Experia Play is a gamer's lifestyle while on the go.

Havok is not a game engine. Nowadays they're called Physics engines. Actually, they're called that way ever since they emerged.

So it's absurd comparing this to the galaxy 2 or LG! The real physical game buttons are the key here. So, you guys can fool your self all you want about your iphone, LG etc etc..

The truth is touch screens will never ever give you the true entertaining experience as game pads that's the reason the top best gaming devices ( Wii - PS3 - XBOX) all comes with game pads.

This is a device for true core gamers who wants to play games and also have a brilliant phone powered by the latest and greatest android OS.

And thank you Sony for making it happen! Otherwise we would be stuck with touch screens phones for ever.

              Enough said!

That's why they r exclusive. Even if someone hacks them for lg optimus 2x u won't be able to play them on optimus 2x bcoz they r designed to be played with a full fledged game pad. This time Sony & SE is going the exclusive way of apple which is going to favor them.
