I'm done with Samsung after they killed my note 4. I'm going to get the XZ Premium instead. I have the Xperia XZ now it amazes me how I can do so much more and the phone doesn't crash, force close apps or slows down like all the other Samsung phones I've had. Fun part about it is this phone has 3gigs ram while the Samsung phones have 4gigs.

touchwiz ui = eating ram, eating battery.....need "16000mah" battery
android os(not stock android) = eating a lot of ram
running apps = eating ram again
better pick a phone that has stock android experience not those phone that has "U.I.'s"

The first real change in smartphone looks since the introduction of iphone. This is huge, you got it exactly wrong.

The design to beat.
It supposedly is 18.5:9. Standard is 16:9. Wonder if the difference (2.5:9) is hard allocated to only the action area (return,home,menu) or if also generally usable.

What, Samsung? At those prices, I'll keep using my Galaxy Note 4 with it's apparently larger screen, off screen navigation, replaceable (expandable) battery and S-Pen.

Someone Else, 20 Mar 2017I like how the front panel is all black. This will help hid... moreYes, it is the perfect color. I was hoping they make the front all black to hide the sensors. All of those leaks so far must be fake. I seen a youtube reviewer reviewed a clone S8 in blue. Its an ugly clone. Anyway, I like the black one. Including its accent is black. The other two have silver accent. Nice wallpaper choice too. I have similar wallpaper with the mountain and starry night. Lol. I was actually surprised. First the all black front and then the wallpaper. It is totally my taste.

Going down a dangerous route. They keep increasing the prices, although they've reached Iphone territory. At 800-900 euro per device they leave a lot of room they cannot cover with the A series. At 500-600 euro Oneplus, Huawei will be bringing rock solid devices with similar features and processing power as the S8. You'll be saying it's Europe and people can afford to spend more, but believe me, Samsung market share in the top end will take a hit. Not sure how many will fork in 900 Euro to get this, although it's the latest and greatest. Samsung resell value has always been weak, you can't tag 900 Euro, then in couple of months shred 100, then another 100, then towards a year time you're down to 2/3 of the initial price. What is the residual for a sammy customer ? 40% ? most likely. Now compare that to the similarly priced apple and you get the idea.
