i think apple should change the entire os ..... the apple's ios makes me feel the iphone like a toy not a real system like thec wm (6.5) ... windows mobile is so big and functional maybe the ios is simple but i think that is the problem it is so simple like a toy even if it gets the job done ....

Gsm wants comments about the update, if you read the article. Not posts from jealous trolls who have never owned an iphone. Wow. Youve had hotspots for 10 years. What about the browser and UI thats superior to any other? And dont mention useless flash. Its only actual use is for kids online games.

The galaxy s could wifi tether before any updates. the updates made it faster and easier to use so you dont have to go options settings change password. its another first for apple just like when the iphone 4 was released they had "Now made video calling a possibility with 'Facetime'"... Come on apple. you can word it any way you want but video calling has been around since the dark ages. the last supper took place through a video call... AND IT DIDNT HAVE TO USE WIFI...
But props to apple for keeping to their own devices and working out the one product that works... MOST of the time. as opposed to samsung who release phones every few months. with stats that make an iphone go green. until the next iphone update.

Nothing really new or exciting to report. Would have liked those gestures on the iPad though. :(

The n8 couldnt do it out of box,but a simple d/l of a app allows you to,again i got that app around 4 weeks after the n8s release. This is only new to apple. Perhaps you didnt get my sarcastic tone towards Apple in my first post...

Personaly I do not consider my own iPhone 4 as an smartphone. iOS is stable, but on the other hand, if you want to compare it with android, iOS does not bring much experience more than the one we had in java phones back 5 years ago. Fellows, I say when you cant even delet a file in your iOS device (iPhone, ipad, iPod) without connecting it to iTunes on a computer, buying such a device can not even be a choice for someone who knows even little IT. Donno about you, but iOS makes me look religiuos!! Many things are limitted. Its like going backward to early ages of IT! People who persue sciense do not like backwards.

"tabs"? Who started that word? Apple! Before that we refer to these gadgets as tablets. If Apple never introduce the iPhone or iTab, do you think you wull see Android? Apple is the pioneer and it is a very strong pioneer. I personally don't think Android can beat Apple yet.

You mustn't have had the Galaxy S for long as it's only been available since the Froyo update.
