But most people don't get it because they always feel that if they do an update, there has to be something completely different and if not, the update is useless.

are you kidding me?? do you guys need new writers?? bug fixes is what is important..the nougat did not bring anything new to android except for pixel devices..

iOS 10.3 is in beta 7
watchOS 3.2 was also released today
tvOS 10.2 is on beta 7
It's just a matter of days or maybe few weeks until they release this software bunch. I'm also pretty sure that iOS 10.3 beta 8 will arrive tomorrow as it has often been the case in the last time that first, macOS beta released and a day after, iOS beta released.
