      But yes, you could do the very same thing with a £10 ($13) MHL adapter from Samsung and a Note 4 or Galaxy S5, both of which supported MLH. I once used my Note 4 connected to a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and a video projector to do a presentation. It was superb!

      I think with this dock, you are paying for the fancy design, but I don't think it has any electronics in it being if the S8 also supports MHL, the phone is doing all the work.

      (Anyone who knows otherwise please let me know.)
