Anyway North American people have no idea of exynos
It does not overheat, has better battery life than SD variants and the gpu deficit is solved this time by G71 in exynos 8895.
If had a chance I bet exynos would be a better sell even in North America

But in terms of looks S8 is far superior. Not an android guy so it is unbiased opinion

Btw you Keep mentioning price, well here in the Uk the G6 is more expensive than the S8 for the worst variant on the market. It wont sell at all here and that is nobody's fault except LG's.
I was 100% up for making the g6 my next phone but after LG's regional bullshit i will and screwing us over on price i will never buy an LG product again.

Looks is all it got going for it, and performance depends on person to person, the Jewelry S8/S8+ isn't faster than any other phone on the Market, please under that SOC is one thing, optimization is another, and I'm not being a "hater" dear Anonymous User, just calling out BS when I see it.

Like I said again, nobody wants a Recycled Galaxy S7 Edge with a bigger screen and an updated SOC that is 100 to 200 dollars more expensive than the LG G6 and LG G5 combined with a stupidly placed FPS (which the software needs to remind you to wipe your Camera Lens if you placed your finger on the camera instead of the FPS), Stupid Curved Screen, a knock-off half-baked Google Assistant called Bixby.

Not every phone made by the ome will have the same problem, and if you keep thinking of the bad things, you may miss some great phones...
Of course, the company must be responsible for the g4/v10 issues, and the customers have their rights to choose wether they would forgive or not...

AnonD-612729, 06 Apr 2017After experiencing overheating issues with my 1.5 year old ... moreThe only reason why G4 is overheating is the horrible Snapdragon 808 SoC. It's Qualcomm's fault, not LG's. LG's fault is that they didn't add heat pipes to dissipate heat.
(And the reason of G3's overheating is LG's fault, because they rushed and put QHD screen resolution in a phone that has Snapdragon 801. S801 was not meant for QHD.)

After experiencing overheating issues with my 1.5 year old LG G4, I'd rather go for a middle-end Samsung model then go for an LG flagship. It's just too troublesome to have to worry about burning your phones' internals while using data, Wi-Fi and other background apps running. Good luck LG.

The new 1/3inch sensor is just as good or even slightly better than the old 1/2.6 one. There is only a minor difference in the sensor area. And I should mention that the pixel size is same as before paired with better image processing this time around. You Think 1/3inch is inferior to 1/2.6 size then
