Anyone can claim "Oh i though of that first, i did that first", but being successful with it is another story entirely. Innovative or not. Patents are for opportunists and lazy idealist who has no other contribution other than the 1st step, the concept. This patent system is so flawed and demeaning as it stops all innovation efforts which the originator couldn't move on to the next step on.
