90 degrees , 19 Apr 2017No change there! Exynos is always much better than stock Sn... moreWrong.

Haters call it Crapdragon when the SoC is very capable. Why was OP3 so much faster than the S7e SD20 using the same SoC? Or even LG and HTC?

It was so easy to blame Qualcomm when people should be hating on Samsung's bad optimization for it. When PhoneBuff makes his speed tests, I wouldn't be shocked if the OP3T with 821 beats the S8 with 835.

Blame bad optimization. Not the SoC.

I really wonder how iPhone manage to take huge lead wherever they have greater score than SD or Exynos. That difference is really huge.. But they don't exist in all the benchmark test.. These numbers are really bullshit.. I prefer apps opening speed comparison and multi tasking performance comparison than these benchmark result. I love the performance of iPhone during game loading. Love to see sd835 in mid range phone

Well this is slightly undercooked S835, Samsung traditionally uses older Adreno drivers & all the EGLS 3.0 where A540 wins are deliberately missing. It's not that this will generally change results regarding EGLS 3.1 or "Metal", after all this is just old A530 on steroids but I am certain Adreno still have a big lead regarding performance per watt.

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2017What l find even more appaling is the difference between 82... moreYou should know by now samsung never knows how to optimize the dragon. The fastest android phone last year was having the dragon. I assure you the OP3T is still faster than the s8(no proof though yet) but the s8 exynos is also not much faster than s7 exynos.

I suggest you wisely wait for OP, LG and Sony to implement the 835 dragon. BTW sony is using the UFS storage for the 1st time also.

                Guys, come on ...
Samsung could not have come with a lower performance Exynos than the Sd835.
THEY ARE MAKING THE EXYNOS! What would that say about them as phone manufacturer, when their own chip is worse then \Snapdragon?
I would sit and wait Exynos 8895 comparison with other 835 phones, as toda it seems that MI6 is outperforming the S8 SD835.

Maybe they still not updated the base for kyro cores, it's still using A57 for comparison

Not much difference with SD821 vs SD835, even processing power is increased and better GPU, or S8 just badly optimized?

Also, l know OP employed some form of cheating in benchmarks, but seriously... 821 having that much higher single core, and only 5% smaller Antutu than all new and almighty SD835?? With all that hype about 835, it seems some manufacturers were right to employ sd821 afterall
