In the article it says that you are using both S8 . But in your picture ,. It looks like you have one S8 and one S8+

Anonymous, 20 Apr 2017Man, wish I can get my hands on the Exynos version.I ordered an unlocked version from a very popular website for electronics, cameras, etc ...
I could not register it with Samsung and called Samsung for help, they told me I got an international version of the S8 and could not register it in the US, Samsung's remedy was to return the phone. The phone is working fine so I see no need to return it. According to a internal utility [mentioned elsewhere] it is an Exynos chipset.
I don't know if that will help, but at the time I ordered an Unlocked S8 I got the Exynos CPU.

C'mon guys, stop comparing the iOS to Android. WIll my laptop with a Core i7 run faster on Windows 98 (iOS) than on Windows 10 (Android)? You bet. It's about the complexity of the software and multitasking. Android always had better multitasking capabilities. It has a ton of more customization and features.

S8+ is no value for money. no phone is worth $850+ tax. whats funny is. I went to look at it, and asked what the price for an unlocked S8+ was with no carrier, and they said unlocked phones will be available 4-6 weeks later LOL not only do they give you the crappy snapdragon version, but try to force you to register to some carrier in order to get it lol Not to mention people in Asia get a choice of varients (128gb,6 gb ram) like the rest of us are second class citizens! Sorry greedy sammy, my money is not going to you!

I'm not sure what "parameters" you have in mind for the tests i mentioned.
It can't be too different because the AT results weren't always that different.
My thought is that the phone might've been throttling when gsm ran the test.

In case of GS8 8895 version is better and it is natural as 8895 is own samsung chip in a samsung phone and it is very sophisticatly optimised to work with GS8 as HTC U 11 and others would try to make the best of sd835 so as the title says we should not expand the experiment sd835 vs 8895 ... atleast not yet.

Has Samsung been reached for comment? It's pretty clear which one is better. I'm loving my S8+ but come on. Don't give us an inferior product

Regardless, I'd prefer to pick the features i care about rather than have Samsung decide for me. They haven't given me a reason to think they have good judgement when it comes to what software to include.

Why are people so mindless? Samsung have a heavy skin because there are so many features, it's not rocket science. Geeks might want stock, but everyone else prefers features. By the way OnePlus have been shown to cheat on these tests.

Compare to anandtech's sd835 review

The mate 9 scores about 1100 on the basemark metal test while here it scores under 800!
Also the offscreen scores for the carchase had the sd835 at 25fps vs the 23fps seen here.
I'm truly marveling at how bad Samsung is at software.
