Better to wait for the Note 8 than waste your money over this mess of a device.

Expensive? No. This phone is quality at its finest. It is also the best option for people that wants the best experience possible but that also want hardware keys (I do). The display is HDR10 compliant, like the S8. Same camera (but "enhanced"), the best S Pen to date and the excellent Exynos 8890.

What for me a phone, which is forbidden to have in planes?
I think Samsung follow steps of Nokia and Apple. Xiaomi we waiting for your move.

Expensive. It's also unknown if Samsung is going to support this discontinued device with spare parts (especially displays, considering how fragile and expensive they are). Probably would worth the risk for 500 USD or even less. But for the price mentioned in the article no no.

$620 and I can pretty much buy any flagship of this year if I wait till June when price will drop down. If Samsung is reading the comments which they won't, then launch it at $350 and then maybe there will be a demand for this phone. Again if it really is "Explosion proof".

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2017I don't think a review would make much sense. It's the same... moreWhich is why it could have a much different battery endurance rating. Also it is rumored to be launching with Android 7.0 (with S8's new Samsung UX probably) which is a big difference from the previous Marshmallow and Grace UX.
And who knows, we might see more improvements under the hood (multi-frame stacked image processing, anyone?)

$ 620 is very much. Just today, we saw an iPhone 7 Plus refurbished is available for $ 570. And a Galaxy S7, which is very similar to Note 7, costs about $ 450

Still expensive, but with a spec sheet almost like the G6, and a few additional advantages, it's still a good choice. Waiting for it in my country.

Expensive yes. Original Note 7 didn't have great battery life, so this will be worse. I'd rather get S7 edge. I'm a professional artist and I was always drawn to s-pen. Even though they added twice as much pressure sensitivity, there's still lag between your moves and them appearing on the screen, which is annoying! Something like this doesn't happen on Wacom tablet.
