I own xperia Z2 for 2,5 years. So far I didnt have any problems. Battery capacity is the same as when I bought the phone. I love this phone. I am planing to buy XZp, but I miss dock station like samsung S8 have, to connect the phone on the monitor. I realy wish sony would offer this option.

The comparison XZP and iphone is tested by Gsmarena, the XZP capture more impressive image than iphone, you can't said Sony not fully on par with other maker, everything must have clue, resource:

The Sony fandom on GSMarena always made me curious. No other company seems to have such die hard fans, even in the days when their phones are not fully up to par with other makers. Also, no other tech site sees much about Sony phones yet here it seems like it's one of the main phone companies to discuss. Interesting. I personally havent seen a Sony phone for years now, but Im glad that theyre still going on in some places. With so many legendary companies going under, it would be a shame if Sony was next.

I wanted so much to buy xperia xz premium since it's a masterpiece from Sony. But, having read many articles and seen video reviews, i came to know this lacks Radio function which is deal-breaker for me. I can ignore other functions but, not fm radio. I know there's nothing like Perfect phone but, even then i don't want my pockets stuffed with different smartphones-
1. smartphone specialised in max battery backup
2. smartphone for camera,
3. one smartphone for fm radio
4. other smartphone purely for performance,
5. one smartphone to meet my audiophile needs.
So, 1st option maybe i will wait a bit, in case Sony releases some premium phone with FM Radio. 2nd option, if waiting duration keeps prolonging then, i'll buy some cheap Sony phone that has radio functionality in it.

People's preferences changes according to area. it's known by everyone and won't be wrong if I say USA is Apple's market. Also, Nokia, which has a crazy following in eourpe, middle east and Asia wasn't followed by USA equally. Back then, ppl in India didn't like Sony Ericsson much but I remember almost everybody in my relations who lived in Qatar /dubai /Saudi used Sony Ericsson. So if I say that China India, Pakistan bangladesh etc are not sonys market and instead Japan is, it's nothing wrong.

What Sony is waiting for i dont know, they are neglecting Asia as well as America. They are focusing primarily on Europe right now, even Australia does not see any action there.
They need to analyze and prioritize their target markets once and for all, at least for a decade and that market would be emerging Asia (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia). In Pakistan, there is so much buying potential they only need good marketing and Sony's full presence. People here often choose Samsung because its officially present here.

I would order it but!... phone does not use CDMA >:-(... damn you Sony. If you don't want to make CDMA on your phones at least let those who want to have it order the phone with CDMA so we can at least have the chance to buy it

If only Sony phones saw as much demand anywhere else as they for some reason do on GSMArena :D I mean, I like them, but what is it that a company with less than 1% market share has 50% of GSMArena apparentlt buying their products? I bet if you take all the people who commited to getting one here you get more than the XZ total sales number.
