"I had this same camera error when I first got the phone. Also, flashlight didn't work. Googled it and followed advice of gently pushing the back of the phone, to the right of the camera lens, until it "clicked" into place. Then the camera abd flashlight worked fine :-) Try it very gently!"
That's the story of a Sony's quality-phone, M4 Aqua. Same happened for our unit, which we obviously sold as soon as someone actually wanted to buy it.

AnonD-368020, 06 May 2017Stories like this proves trolls exist.I really wish it was one of those bogus-stories, but unfortunately it's not. :( I get it that the phone cost us only ~300 euros and you simply don't get a perfect phone for the price. But the thing is... It's still expected to last normal use without falling apart! That's simply unacceptable.

SONY and Apple have the best build quality and class. SONY may have struggled with sales but that's the past. Pictures and videos can never justify the SONY phones beauty. You have to use it to feel it. Now Sony has became more soft with their pricing. Sales will definitely follow this time.

For 500 dollars or less ... moreYou always love to prove everything reversed, Americans won't buy both, Samsung with the inferior quality especially the disasterios snapdragon version, and sony doesn't care so much for this region and for disabled finger print scanner, anyway they will go for iphones.

My 2.5 yrs old xperia z2 still looks like new and never repaired, battery life has degraded due to chronic use but still I get 5 hrs of SOT with heavy uses. android 4.4, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0 and 6.0.1 all updates without a single issue and each time better than previous one. Contemporary s4 (joke! my friend use that and its stuck with 5.0 and in horrible condition) even s5 and s6 aren't as good as z2. go for sony for futureproof and unparallel build quality.

S8 is using all the best and latest technologies from the screen, processor, to RAM, flash storage. Even the one-year old S7 is more advanced than the XZs.
