You'll encounter more Samsung Galaxy users with broken screens than Sony users with phone issues because Galaxies are the best-selling Android smartphones. They're everywhere. You will be hard-pressed to find a person holding a Sony phone let alone broken Sony phones.

Different processor, different screen with different size and resolution, different camera sensor, an even faster UFS 2.1 storage (S7 has 2.0), new Bluetooth 5.0, has iris scanner. It's a totally different phone. Samsung is not Sony which keeps recycling its products every year.

Everything is reversing back again
In the Xperia Z3 days, Samsung makes horrible quality phones with the S5 while Sony is exemplary of quality with the Z2.
Galaxy S6 era changed everything around and the Z5 family was a bit of mess with the SD810's crappy heating issues. S7 era was of the same story
Now it's going back to the original route - Samsung starts having such questionable product issues while Sony is going wild over the horizon

The delusion is so strong with this one, it reminds me of a ex-work colleque who really lost his mind during his later years. Not even modern science can cure the absolutely worst cases, which is a shame. What happened to the colleque, it really seems to be happening all over again.

'Cause often all Samsung users I meet always have their screen already cracked. Then all Sony phones that I see are beautifully in perfect condition - looking like it was just recently taken out of the original box

Sony needs to leave a price difference between the XZ Premium and the XZs, so that's why they lowered the price. It's like asking the question, "Why would I buy the XZs if the XZ premium is only a few dollars more?"

Great phone to buy. Sony's quality is unbeatable. Very durable phones with smoothest android out there. Don't trust negative comments. Go for it with closed eyes.

For 500 dollars or less they'd rather buy a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 edge which has better specs and more features than this one. Sony phones have disabled fingerprint sensors in the US. No one buys Sony phones there unless they sell for bargain prices - sub 400 dollars.
