Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ on Telus getting red tint fixing update

There's currently no information on whether or not other Canadian carriers are rolling out the update.

    Puts me off I must say. Especially for that money. Such a strong tint. I'll pass. A few other 835s are due out next few months.

Like most companies, once you get the phone off them (and past the point you can return it for free), they don't seem to care that much.

                      This is not a fix, it's a workaround which obviously doesn't completely work. If you're affected by red tint display, return your phone asap.

                            Another news from samsung s8:

                            Samsung used two different internal storage in S8...snapdragon variant have ufs2 while exynos variant have ufs2.1.. They also underclocked snap835 to 2.35 from 2.45GHz..

                                    What about just rolling it out to everyone? Why does Samsung have to make these rollouts day by day, just to stay in the news of GSMArena?
