Kam, 17 May 2017with IP68 this will justify the price.... ^_^not really, my old bad Xperia M4 Aqua I bought for € 279 which was really stupid (going for € 72 now on eBay) has IP68.

3 things on this one
1. the design is not too bad
2. this will hopefully kill the C series (whose selling point was a metal body)
3. the prices are definitely too high, I mean I just saw an offer where the HTC 10 costed € 300 (gone up to 400 again) and the iPhone SE usually doesn't cost much more than € 300. And those are multiple times better phones than J5 and J7

Ambient light senso... moreyou forgot the noise canceling microphone...it simply is inconceivable for me the absence of a noise canceling microphone ( basic component) on phones like J5 and J7 in 2017. 2016 and 2015 models do not have it and that is lame!

Glass may be fragile, but it just makes phones look premium and worth their money. It makes phones look like they're designed by an actual engineer/designer that required some complicated and complex process rather than just covering the back with some (probably recycled) ordinary and boring material (I.E. Metal)

Hope it won't lack basic sensors again. Ambient light sensor is a must. And compass too. Do they really think people will buy their flagship just because they are crippling their mid-range models? I certainly won't.

i felt like the J prime and J 2017 series looks much better than A.
A is dull and the glass makes it feel cheap, fragile, and fingerprint magnet. metal is much much better. Can samsung make metal flagship please?
Look at the S8, there is so many durability issues caused by the super curved glass front and back. Not so beautiful either. iPhone 7 still a better looker with the stealthy metal body.
