Wow, that is ugly. It's like taking the design concept of the iPhone 4 (glass front and back, with metal around the edge) and combining it with the curves of the original iPhone and then making it very tall and thin like the Galaxy S8.
Apple is returning to its worst design ideas (especially the glass back that will shatter on tens maybe hundreds of thousands of devices), while also making a phone that will look like a blatant derivative of Samsung.

Was expecting more after 3 years using the same design TBH. Still looks too much like the iPhone 6 if you ask me.

The reason apple decided to go with stainless steel frame, is to compensate the glass back that is least preferable. But necessary for wireless charging. The design itself looks promising

I think people here should stop complaining about this iPhone 8 design. This is not 100% true and final product. We all know apple keeps their phones details hidden nicely till the actual launch happens. So android fan boys hating this phone just hold on to your comments and even apple fan boys wait for final launch and if you still dont like the phone dont buy it.

After all these 10th Anniversary hype, what did apple show us- A outdated cheap looking design with ugly shiny metal ring layout around the camera. I feel sad for those people who still think apple makes innovation. Even I hated Samsung and HTC for M10, Must agree that this year they are back with a bang. Even LG G6 looks promising. But apple stop looting people's hard earned money by fooling us with your outdated stuffs. I wonder apple only acquire patents just to sue other companies if they did innovation rather than applying for themselves in iphones.

Ugliest Stupidest Mocks, if it's Amoled then By Christmas, Regular model will be fit for tat. Camera horizontal now vertical, what can Apple add when technology is lacking innovation.
