The Galaxy Note FE is not a new device. It's a refurbished Galaxy Note 7 for hardcore and unsatisfied Note 7 fans. So, of course it's going to have the exact same design. As the name implies, it's a Fan Edition, which have some new features like Android Nougat out of the box, Bluetooth 5.0 and a battery that won't explode :p Hahah

The device will be a hard thing to get. The demand for this device is high and since it will not be the main device of focus for Samsung's manufacturing division, it is going to be hard to get one. Don't be surprised that it will reach the shelves at the original price of last year.
