Nokia 9 poses for live shots: dual 13MP camera, 5.3" QHD display, Snapdragon 835

Unfortunately, the prototype unit is hidden in a protective case - that doesn't prevent it from snapping some photos, though.

The whole 'This is Not Nokia' BS is Nerd Culture's own 'Russian Collusion' crap. You can literally make fewer than five clicks after a Google search to disprove the haters.

[deleted post]Which guy's post was deleted? We all know that's just a lousy brand name now like Motorola which is now just the shadow of itself since Lenovo went in charge, except the nostalgic Nokia fans in denial.

so what if it is not Nokia it has same Nokia staff and the phones checked by representative of real Nokia

I hope there is a plus version also with around 6" screen size. And the price needs to be reasonable.

Remember the saying "This ain',t Nokia". lol.

I dont think Nokia would make a Top flagship smartphone with 5.3inch screen in 2017 when 5.5 is now the standard display size. but if they do, that would be quite suprising.

I like this Nokia 9 so far. A 5.3" is right up where I feel an ideal screen size should be.

And for folks who think HMD is pretending they are Nokia, just imagine Jon Snow not being a Stark by blood. To me, HMD still carries the Nokian DNA. They are related to Nokia when they in their heyday the same way the current Apple Inc is an offspring to NeXT.

4GB RAM & 64 GB ROM alone already show us that Nokia is as GREEDY as crApple when pricing their products.

At US$700, I, at least, want a phone with 128GB ROM, 6GB RAM, at least 5.5" QHD display, dual camera which could live up to Nokia's name, Good DAC & stereo speakers which could rival LG V20, at least.

With NONE of those (except camera & DAC confimed, the hardware & software could be changed & improved in the final version), I hardly believed any SANE person will buy this "overpriced ambitious" Nokia flagship over the already established branded smartphones.

As the matter of fact, the NEW Nokia is no more than another "kickstart" company which buy the rights to use & slap "NOKIA" brand in their products.

And to all those moaning about the quality of the 'sample' pictures, please apply some common sense and read the part in the article that hints that they (the pictures) have been 'down-sampled' (possibly with additional software), so are not original full quality pictures from the camera sensor, and were not posted as such.
