Let's hope this is a joke, a phone need to have a battery above 5000 hope they promote the p2 team to executive positions in the company

ProJames, 22 May 2017AMOLED + 3000mAh + 14nm chipset? Sounds like the Galaxy A5 ... moreJust, the A5 has a smaller display and exynos version is even more efficient.

Anonanoymoususes, 22 May 2017some people wants at least 6000mah battery on their phone ,... moreLol for that spec a 10k mAh battery might not even be enough to last two days.

Anonymous, 22 May 2017Well, I used the mod before and I can tell you, most of the... morei have a client with original moto Z with the battery mod and is phone is far from thick.

Lenovo P2 Still The King In Battery ....;)

Glad to know that Lenovo replied to that kind of tweet. 3000 mAh is better than 2820 mAh, but it's still a big downgrade from the 3510 mAh in the Moto Z Play.

  • Lolol

Lenovo should use snapdragon 660 or 630

Never owned any Motorola phone, won't until they lose the ugly wide bezels but if I were interested in the Moto Play model I'd go for last year's version with the bigger battery. The upcoming one is a big step backward with its much smaller battery.

It will have the same or better screen on time. The battery may be smaller but you are missing two important things,
a. The processor is a little more efficient
b. Power management of Android O is far better than Android M

Anonymous, 22 May 2017Do you not people understand that the Z lineup is m3ant to ... moreWell, I used the mod before and I can tell you, most of the mod will drain the battery. So, logically the phone should have big batteries in the beginning to support those mods. Yes, you can have the battery mods to extend battery but the thickness is ridiculous. I rather Moto add 1.5mm to 2mm thickness so I can enjoy decent battery duration than having an abomination or tumor stick at the back of my phone.

Do you not people understand that the Z lineup is m3ant to have motomods no matter what the battery is

z play looks better in all fronts than its successor

For 8 June then.

Anonanoymoususes, 22 May 2017some people wants at least 6000mah battery on their phone ,... moreEhhh not 2 weeks, just one day would be a good start. Is it too much to ask? Needless to say with a 3000 mah battery you may not even last a 1/3 day/

  • LLL

So let me reiterate: BOOOOOOoooooooo........

Lost all interest in this successor to Z Play already
=(

some people wants at least 6000mah battery on their phone , with 15 core proc and 64gb ram ... with 8k screen , and the battery at least can stand for 2 weeks straight ,

oh one thing , the camera must more than 20mp that can beat full frame dslr quality

  • AnonD-656673

So, normal version was for best chipset + Norm battery,
Play version for midrange chipset + big battery
Force for best chipset + best battery.

Lenovomoto doing the same thing microsoftnokialumia did 3 years ago.
