Lenovo confirms 3,000mAh battery for Moto Z2 Play
We already know that the successor to the Motorola Moto Z Play is coming. There have also been reports that the device will pack in a smaller battery (3,000mAh) compared to its predecessor (3,510mAh).
Now, Lenovo has confirmed that the Moto Z2 Play will indeed come with a 3,000mAh battery. The confirmation came in the form of a reply to a user-query on Twitter.

The handset has already been certified by China's TENAA. The listing revealed that the phone is powered by an SoC with octa-core 2.2GHz CPU, and sports a 5.5-inch full HD display. RAM is 4GB, while storage is 64GB.
The device features a 12MP main camera and a 5MP front shooter. The TENAA listing also revealed a battery capacity of 2,820mAh, but now we know that there will be a 3,000mAh battery to keep the lights on.
The Moto Z2 Play is expected to be made official on June 8.

Let's hope this is a joke, a phone need to have a battery above 5000 hope they promote the p2 team to executive positions in the company
