the iphone has a yellow cast ALL OVER THE PICS, pics are grainy too...the led is pretty useless both as a video and picture tkaing...vid, coz you can't go more than 2m, pics coz they become blurry...it's best as a flashlight.
the arc is WAYYY TOO OVERSHARPENED, and yes the exmor makes the pics brighter, but too much noise...so what's the point of having grainy pictures? it's pretty stupid i reckon...
so go ahead, pay for an overpriced iphone, or a gimmicky phone.

It may be inferior to even ancient Nokia N86's 8 megapixel cam. I have no idea what there phone manufacturers think, megapixels does not matter. Whats the point of 16 megapixels when it's going to get a CMOS sensor at 1/2.5 or 1/3.0, with LED flash?
HTC is famous for cameras that suck. I dont have high expectations from them to perform well in Cakera and speakers. I dont think it can beat Sony Ericsson and Nokia Cemra phones.

Guys, Xenon Flash is extinct...
Xenon's sole purpose is for picture taking, other wise its wasted space and cost; then they'll need separate lights for video. You're better off hoping for better technology in LED flash, than a manufacturer putting Xenon back in.

HTC can throw MP numbers around all they want but at the end of the day their camera's are still trash. Just look at the Mozart. It's camera is awful, and that xenon flash is more like dual LED's. That's their so-called flagship camera device too. They can keep trying, but Nokia still makes the best camera phones in the world.

Above 12 MP there really isn't much use for a better sensor and more pixels. You can already print poster size from 12 MP shots. 16 MP shots will only fill up your memory faster and probably also take longer to process (though this can be remedied).
There will always be a distinct difference between a true camera with larger lens and the camera phone - the two aren't really comparable if you want to use it for professional photography.
In other words, camera phones with 12MP+ sensors really are a waste of cash, I personally consider 8MP the maximum required and probably also the best balance between quality and useability on a phone.
