whatever it is that's going on steve job's mind is a total waste of time. we all know for sure that phones will always be phones no matter what the brand or make it is. manufacturer's must just do/produce gadgets that will cater to the people who needs mobile phones that WILL WORK THE WAY THEY SHOULD!we dont want to just pay for something that will dissapoint us.

have u noticed that apple has decided to sue samsung after they have stopped using samsungs parts for there iphones, wat losers, they just know that they have a major competition with samsung and they dont like being second best, well hahaha apple, samsung rocks!!!!! so stop sulkin

I work on a mobile phone store... Never has a client come to a store and buy Samsung instead of iPhone by mistake... So what if they say the looks were stolen... Most people care about performance than looks...
Also, granted that Galaxy S is 90% look-a-like iPhone 3... but in the 10% of difference there, I prefer Galaxy S everyday... and at least it doesn't have a "correct way" to hold it during calls...

how can you copy a phone design, they all look roughly the same. big screen one or two buttons. rectangle shape. as for UI, maybe samsung already had the idea but were still working on it. or maybe went with same/similar UI because it works. Apple are idiots.

its a spoiling tactic for apple to prevent samsung gaining any market impetus beofre the launch of their next product , which from this behaviour i am guesing is flawed or not as good as the competitions devices.
Apples main points about the samsung devices copying the shape and design of the handset is spurious at best, even under us law,
Gamesworkshop is currently trying to sue an american firm for breach of copyright and impingment of intellectual property
and have been told by the courts that you cannot trademark a geometric shape or claim impingment of this,
pretty much as apple is trying to do with samsung

I hope that the law suits do not get too serious and Samsung is forced to take the Galaxy S II off the market before it is even released.

Apple is just crazy and expensive. I like Samsung, HTC and other companies that can serve their phones with cheaper price. iphone is very expensive. I own a Galaxy S and it is not same as iphone. I support Samsung and I want a Galaxy S II when they release it.

Looking at the Samsung f700, I think we Samsung can say that's where where the galaxy series got its pedigree. Looks like the galaxy s line to me. And most Samsung phones look the same anyway even before the first iphone. Just look at gsmarenas pics for samsung phones.
