I actually like it, mine came with the turbo power pack, and on the carrier they provided me with a 360 camera mod, that I pretty awesome, and the phone works properly.

The TurboPower pack should be an OPTIONAL ACCESSORY. if this phone doesn't have above average long life battery without the pack then forgot .

Motorola should lower the price of mods generally, everyone would take one, just for fun. It would keep this awesome implantation alive.
Phone is good, but massive boost of coolness factor is in the mods, definitely.

If they were really clever with the mods, they offered a sandwich system, where you could add an extra battery of a size that suited you, but still could add any mod under that!
This would offer flexibility from the slim version suiting a diner jacket, to a large battery for the more demanding usage.

When are they launching the Turbo power pack mod? I'd love to buy one. My 3510 mah Moto Z play + 3490 mah Turbo power pack will be a killer combination any day.

LenovoMoto is pretty innovative. They packed same internals as moto g5 and only for mod option charging extra $200? Innovative way to scam money from customers.

Looks like they sacrificed the battery in order to slim down the phone and make way for better accessories. But 500mah is a massive amount.

I'm fine with the Snapdragon 626. Way better than the Xiaomi mi max 2 and it's Snapdragon 625

Wait a couple of months and look for them on eBay. They'll be close to half off, brand new, in the box for your buying pleasure. I wonder how many sales, Motorola lost on Mods and Shells last year because of pricing. I just bought an Incipio box with 3 Style Shells, black, Red and a white with gold pattern for about $16.00, brand new, in a sealed box. Verizon was charging $34.95 in February....SMH.

Wow 500$ for this phone is just pathetic,I mean only strength of the earlier phone was just the battery life and the phone was 7mm thick,now it's 6mm but they forgot the fact that due to that good camera bump for Moto mods is necessary and most people will buy a cover or style cover to cover that up so need of displaying slim body is hopeless, and I wonder if just calling this phone Moto g5++ will make more sense i mean adding snap626 from 625 and the modularity makes a lot of sense to add 200$ to the cost is smart ass from Lenovo as just having modularity over g5 plus is 200$ is toooo much,i mean their modularity concept is super cool but please have some justice with it,the people who called BlackBerry keyone overpriced should definitely see this phone
