Anonymous, 05 Jun 2017On Android if it slow down, at least you have a choice, on ... moreyou do have a choice, don't do the iOS update. Android might not have that problem, but that's because most phones do not receive many OS updates, iOS devices are supported for way longer. yes they will slow down as new functions and features are added, but at least the option is there

On Android if it slow down, at least you have a choice, on Apple, it will always slow down after a few iOS version and you have no choiec.

Besides Apple is the king of planned obsolescent, even avid Apple fanboys tell others to not upgrade their iOS version because it will slow down.

Except Android phones don't slow down over time. I have a $40 Moto G4 Play that run stock Android it's smooth and fast. I would argue it have more responsive interface than my LG G6. If you get an LG or Samsung, then it will slow down, not the fault of Android, it's the fault of the manufacturer.

I'm not really sure what this is going to do. You wont see OS folders and stuff in there, or your music library or photo library, it will just be for personal files, to open in different apps etc, but you can already do that with icloud drive, so this might be a rename of icloud drive with additional functionality and an icloud drive section to the app. we will see soon

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2017Compared to a $100-$200 one? ProbablyFlagship android still gets laggy over time and thats a proven fact and there is nothing you can do to change that. Not to mention the mid or low range devices.
People pay for simplicity and it has nothing to do with intelligence like some Fanboys like to brag. I dont understand why someone likes complication.
Why do you use a computer anyway? Its much cheaper to write on paper with a pen. Imagine how much paper you get for the monitor you are looking into. Not only that!
                No electricity cost
You can write in the dark and no electricity at all
You have a unique and customisable handwriting
You can change the color and the font
You can write everwhere you want, outside, on the roof, on the toilette
You can add pictures and clue them where ever you want on the paper
There is even a possibility to store all of this...

                wait for it...

in a drawer and get quick access to everythin at once!

One of the major restrictions that iOS has right now is the missing file manager, dont you agree? And once it has it, it will come closer to the usability of Android, true or not? I dont understand what I wrote wrong.

                Simple as that.

jtrogr, 05 Jun 2017It is still faster and more reliable.never had security issues on android and i have an Moto G5 plus stock nougat android which is very fast. yes may be little slower compared to iP7, but I am not paying 4 times the cost of my mobile so that the apps would launch few milliseconds faster.
i guess only way apple can justify their cost is in gaming department, they have good GPU's, so if you are into mobile gaming then may be iPhones are for you but you loose on android open system.

If I turn out wrong, I'll be using a Nokia 3310 (2017) for 5 days.

Guess: iOS 12 will have widgets.
