      Shaping up, but I hope the 8 isn't locked into the infrared iris scanner feature. Looks like a *very* bad idea; a high potential to cause permanent eye damage!

          Some of you say ugly? You'll see that most of companies will start to make their phones very similar to this iPhone 8, next year.

              Not an Apple fan - I've had every Galaxy S (bar the crappy S5) ...
              However this is nice. Smart decision to make a uniform thin bezel, and to make it flat, and to avoid the trend of excessively stretching the screen size. They couldn't make it curved as Apple fans couldn't cope with two dramatic changes at once - going from the biggest bezels in the world to the smallest (this will likely have the best screen to body ratio to date) is going to be hard enough for the poor blind followers.

              Apple is going to sell screen to body, wider screen on smaller footprint and of course the under screen fingerprint scanner to the hilt! Their most expensive phone ever will also have the biggest profit margin ever, and will sell the most ever. Ho hum.

                  While others are making curved displays, Essential and Apple make displays that look like someone has cut a piece off with scissors. Oh well.
