HTC One M7 brought the latest trends in the market.
It brought the antenna lines at the back which literally all the brands adopted.
It brought unibody metal casing to android.
First phone to focus on making camera pixels bigger rather than increasing the megapixel count of the camera. Now everyone is doing it.
One Max had the finger print scanner on its back.
Built in amplifiers for sound with dual front facing speakers.
This phone made a huge Impact in the mobile phone world and deserves a mention. HTC paid attention to everything, be it the camera or sound or the way the phone was built.

As others have mentioned, Sharp were (among?) the first to make small bezels too.

This made me missed the Palm Pre, even the earbuds included were good quality.
Samsung Galaxy S4 was innovative for the a cheaply built bloated slow POS, worst phone I ever used.

Um, the S5 didn't have wireless charging. It had the removable cover, which didn't include room for a wireless charging coil. Wireless charging was introduced on Samsung phones in 2015 with the S6.
