Regarding rooting/jail breaking, it is mainly used by techies. Rooting is easier than jail breaking because Android has less unnecessary security layers as compared to iOS.

Yeah I know apple devices cant transfer files via Bluetooth but does it make the device unusable? There are so many ways you can transfer file without having a Bluetooth. LOL.
and why would I use my phone hooking up on the computer and use it as an external storage? get an external drive instead of using your phone as a storage. LOL
If you want to live a simple life without hassle then go get apple and stop caring about jailbroken your devices.. But if you're a techy guy then go on jailbreak your I phone. nobody cares.. Its just the same as an android user.. LOL.. and by the way android device has rooting too.. hahahaha .

Try transferring file over bluetooth, or hooking up the phone to any computer as an external storage.. Or even set up an mp3 as a ringtone..
Poor Apple can do none of that.. Apple is so limited that after a day of update it will be jailbroken by none other than Apple user themeselves.. LOL

A VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT.. If you don't agree then bail.. Samsung, HTC, Sony, Huawei, Xiaomi etc all have no problem.. Only Apple.. Why? Because Qualcomm sued Apple first for not paying for the patents.. And now they rope in Foxconn and others and all the legal expenses paid by Apple.. Get the picture here? Apple is trying to create a scene where a lot of company complaining about Qualcomm but in reality they are all paid by Apple.. Greedy Apple.. They had the biggest profit cake of all they even have the money to pay for the legal fees of all these companies and yet they refuse to pay for the patents they use.. All the while they continue robbing sheep's wallet with their inferior and overpriced idevices

QC is royally screwed!
Anyway, I don't understand why Apple is doing this ... I mean their margins aren't razor thin. Their +40% margin should cover the amount QC charge/extort for FRAND.
It's the Android OEMs that should complain because of their tiny margins.

Since Apple can't compete with Android which uses qualcomm chips they are going after them oh poor apple when will you stop complaining.Apple is so desperate they know people will switch from iOS to android due to openness and they are afraid they will lose users soon in future.
They are saying qualcomm is overpricing but what they are doing is ok come on iPhone users I expect you to be more intelligent than this.

That aside, the dispute is better left to court. To declare any side guilty before judgement is blasphemy
Our phones run today because Qualcomm has its network prowess + the CDMA network (search viterbi algorithm). Had apple got its way we would be only having iphones throughout
I ain't interested in paying 1000$ for phone with usable storage. They did shape the way phones are today but at what cost? What innovation completely unseen by world before (don't tell me force touch also arm is now a spin-off I know they have contributed to the industry) so there is bound to be criticism when they of all people sue others
