Google kills off instant search results as you type

26 July 2017
Google Instant launched in 2010, but now that most searches are performed on mobile devices it doesn't make sense to keep it around.

And how we know trends localy or world? Google should release trend section like twitter because they didn't uses powerful big search engines potential and long web lists. Trends and maybe news I would prefer, but I think trends would be enought. Not everyones want to read news. But with it's loses some informative thing about web.

My main phone right now is BlackBerry PRIV and backup is Xperia Pro. So, I had no issue of having half of the screen being blocked by keyboard. Thus for me, shutdown of Google Instant is unfair.

People think that physical keyboards are useless. Yet, they can come in real handy, don't they?

Hmmm... Regarding this, there's really so much to say, because to find the most appropriate equilibrium, one has to look at from two different perspectives (smartphones vs laptops/ desktops), but to finally infuse together. So basically, it's not so easy to achieve the right compromise.

How much time do the world need to understand that mobile and desktop are not the same at all, please stop treating them as one.

CommanderSyopao, 26 Jul 2017Well , this is not really a big deal. it's a big deal for people like me who are using desktop and laptops most of the time ...smartphones are still somewhat inconvenient ...
