Guys...
I just played with the sensation and I have to say its not much different from the Desire s. I was so expecting something mind blowing but insted i got a small head ache.
I tried out the camera both front and rear and the quilty compared to say the Iphone 4 is quite poor considering it has had a year to get it right.
Anyways...Im just looking forward to the iphone 4:)
Cheers:)

AnonD-1082, 19 May 2011You guys are all blinded by Android's reality distortion fi... moreWow nice heart-deep subjective trolling, but sorry it still can't change our open mind with Android. Which OS could beat Android? iOS, its the real trap and makes you look like Job's maid, Symbian isn't powerful and going to dead (thanks Nokia), WP7 is too premature to launch, Meego have really slow development (again, thanks Nokia).
Yes its fragmented, but it gives you more variety. You can choose between Vanilla, Sense, Touchwiz or get a custom ROM which will improve the functionality dramatically. Of course its far better than having same uniform look that plagued iOS devices. Overhyped? Its iOS that wildly overhyped (typical Apple products) doesn't it?
And I don't see any security issues with Android. Malware maybe, but nothing wrong with Google's ads. They won't leaking any personal data, they are big and trusted company that always patch any security issues in seconds.
So, basically its you who trying to trap people.
Problem?

Hi all... you see there are people who love android and there are who just want to stay with Symbian(Nokia)... but I have obsereved one thing which I want to share.... Symbian is offering functionlities from ages which Android is providing in small-small updates.. like using dual cameras... its coming with Android 2.3 and not available in 2.2 or below versions.... its just an example there are number of application like this... so stop cribbing to symbian... and enjoy your droids or vice-versa

Anonymous, 19 May 2011Sensation has 768mb, SGSII has 1024MB, not double :)Yes you are correct, however on using the SG2 only about 700mb is actually available to the user. The rest I assume is for the gpu and the Samsung/Android stuff that is required to run. Will be interesting to see how much is avail on the Sensation. Anyone tested?

Looking forward to see this baby review (I give credit to Gsmarena reviews). If it turns out to have a good battery life an a decent screen, I might be choosing it instead Galaxy S II. I heard that HTC Sense UI it's quite a looker, an a pretty useful one.
So, go on guys, go get it!

AnonD-1082, 19 May 2011You guys are all blinded by Android's reality distortion fi... moreYes there is always one who has to take cheap shot at the new phone that has come out, no doubt they have never used the phones from this vendor nor the OS on it. Suspect they are tied into a brand that is all about following the crowd, well done for giving a worthless comment...

I got my Samsung Galaxy S2 for £399 on pay as you go. Handled the HTC Sensation in the store today and I am sure I made the right choice. Samsung may be plastic but it does everything you want/need it to do and is same price or cheaper than this depending on where you got it from. There is a big difference in the screens, Samsungs being much better and double the memory also not to mention more internal storage. All in all Sensation is nice, very nice but theres only one king of the hill.

Alright...everyone knew that Android rulling the smartphones world it just some fool still sticking around with the fruit brand cuz of the brainwashed...I really hate to say that but what if your phone unable to complete what the others could do? Open source is EVERYTHING...that's why we all like Linux...that's the true meaning of SMARTphones...We are the user so we should be the one who control the device not by the manufacturer nor operator..I just hate everything being restricted..And if someone is still trying to defend apple by the rumor iPhone5, don't worry,3rd gen Nexus are coming around christmas by LG running ice cream sandwich with Tegra 3 Quad-Core processor with 12 GPUs..iPhone5 stand no chance against SGS2 or Sensation cuz Nexus 3 would be his opponent.

AnonD-1082, 19 May 2011You guys are all blinded by Android's reality distortion fi... moreYou do realise its actually built of the back of Linux, not "built from the ground up to deliver Google Ads"?
I personally think Android is one of Linux's great successes.

[deleted post]You guys are all blinded by Android's reality distortion field. Android lags and it's power hungry. It was built from the ground up to deliver Google Ads. It's the most unsecured OS, is overhyped, and is crap. You guys have drunk too much of Google's KoolAid and as a result, you have become sheeps and mindless pawns to Google's quest for world domination. You guys needs to open up your eyes and see the truth. Android is the worst, fragmented, and most overhyped OS ever in the history of smartphones. It's an advertisement platform masquerading as an open sourced OS and most geeks fell for its trap.
Someday, Android's reality distortion field will burst and the masses will realize Android for what it is, an ad platform by Google that will sell your privacy to anyone.
I can't wait for Android's downfall.
