[deleted post]What I'm worried about is when the phone drop, the edge sensor will damaged, so everytime you using the phone it will randomly trigger google assistance

People need to get their priorities straight, honestly it's disgusting. I miss the days when consumers were more worried about having the most useful features (e.g. FRONT-FACING STEREO SPEAKERS) than they were about their phone's bezels being skinner than their d¡cks.
There is NO BENEFIT to having smaller bezels...in fact it's a disadvantage as it lessens the area available to hold when landscape comfortably and forces all the sensors to be squashed (sometimes the camera even moving to the bottom of the phone), Google realised this and did something useful with their phone. I applaud Google for this (if this is the final design...and if those aren't empty grilles).

HTC is still low key pioneering new features.. Front facing speakers, all metal build, most pixel dense display at the time (HTC M7) and now fast forward to 2017 the squeezable feature! Lol i guess this is going to be become a thing now..
