If Nokia 9 turns out to be the real deal (as pictured here), then Nokia shut up and take my money.

Oh, well done Nokia: feed a rumour of a better model the day after you launch your new flagship. Brilliant marketing...

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2017I don't want a bigger one, I want a smaller one, with 1080p. "Bigger" is a misused term these days. If it has a 2:1 screen then the diagonal can be larger (which people often sloppily translate as "bigger screen") while the device size and even screen area can be smaller.
So compared to a 5.3" 16:9 display (Nokia 8) a 5.5" 2:1 display would be 5% narrower and 6% longer. So it would be about the same area as the Nokia 8's panel but with the width of a conventional 5" display. A 5.7" 2:1 would of course be slightly larger, but still about a mm narrower than the 8's 5.3" display (this is of course what the LG G6 uses).

Great news! I was disappointed with Nokia 8 being their flagship phone, this seems more like a flagship 2017 phone.

Looks like Note8 with smaller top and bottom bezels. Nokia finally joins the smartphone trend. This is so far the best looking phone ever.
