20 August 2017
The fabled brand took a long, winding path to where it needed to be - making high-end Androids. But did HMD do enough?

They are back but not as big as they used to be. Remember the day that nobody cares about Samsung new Symbian flagship phone. Everyone keep looking for Nokia new Symbian. Today we have to admit that Iphone and Galaxy are the king now.

Screen must be same of LGG5.
Cam sensor is imx258, used as rear cam on Sony midranges like C4, C5 and XA. Also front cam of M5, X, X Perf, XZ, XZs, XZP and XZ1.

600,00 it should be better, newer stuff...

laggdroids, 20 Aug 2017im not an android fag...but yes i had Nokia in the past wit... moreIn the future years, Nokia can stand in the top 5 in terms of quality (can)...but not in the top 5 in terms of numbers sold, there the Universe of Samsung phones rule, the idevices for ibuyers at iprices hold their ground and Chinese companies eat what remains.

Nokia 8 is a great phone. Just as good as the flagships from the big players, the single thing that can make it stand it's the durability (if it shows legendary drop test resistance like the midrange Nokia 6, in a market dominated by very fragile phones like Samsung Galaxy S8 or iPhone 7).

im not an android fag...but yes i had Nokia in the past with Lumia 620... Nokia is back in the game but not sufficient enough to beat the Galaxy series, since Samsung has paid well its efforts...but nevermind the bezels...the hardware is yet a tough competition to all others on the field... give nokia a year or two, nokia will stand within the top 5 manufacturers again...the way it was in the 2000's

Nokia has a competition it used too. It's job really difficult but I believe it can manage well.

No more options? Seems that Nokia 9 is about to appear...

You need to run the battle at the highest level to make your presence again. Nokia has a bad reputation that it had abandoned customers in the mobile market with so many transitions and transformations (I was one of the victims of their experiment with Windows platforms). Now they have arrived with spec but not top notch. The price is not cheaper either and there are respectable competition at that price level with better specs. With Note 8 around the corner, people may forget Nokia 5,68 et al...They will try to play Blackberry and it is not going to be easy for Nokia competing in a territory which has many players....
