Hmm at that price it pretty much confirms premium compact specs.. If not it will be an overpriced flop

Wow. This cannot be a compact. The supposed sizes are the same...actually slightly larger in every direction than the z3. Their flagship from just 3 years ago. Overall same size. But to a hair taller, but wider, and decently thicker will i bet it will have no more than the same battery capacity.
And while it's not huge it is not a compact.

XZ1C with dual sim - my next phone. i was waiting for this for years. a smaller highend version with dual sim and multiuser. can't wait to get my hands on it. it is the the perfect phone (for me).

These phone going to be the biggest flop of the year. Reviewers are going to trash these dated looking big bazelious phones. Sony mobile turned into a stupid division that hang onto the dated design,ideas. No desire to improve themself and only look forward to milking their dedicated fanbase. #fact.
I more interested in their Wena Watch. The idea of puting all the digital chips in the wrist band is revolutionary. I want to buy these kind of awesome products not lame, dated stupid Sony mobile.

It doesn't excel in low light, but only the branded brands can do better, others are just way weaker as well. Even the Nokia 8 is mediocre against the XZ Premium in low light yet nobody points that out - that's how important Nokia is.
They're increasing what? Their battery, even at 2300mAh, can last with 72h of Endurance Rating.
Their cameras with high resolution always has better details than anything else - XA1 and XA1 Ultra, for example.
They increase the sizd of the phone to have the impressive stereo speakers and large front camera, as well as greater build quality of the device.
If those aren't the things that you can appreciate, at least maybe their efforts can be appreciated.
They use the same aperture but different lens. The former remains the same because of the large sensor - f2.0 with 1/2.3" sensor receives just as much light as f1.7 with 1/2.55" sensor, given that they're of the same resolution, which explains why the Pixel phones can manage a shot with brighter exposure and more detail than the S8 phones despite the lack of a stabilizer, which also explains why Sony has insisted on using OIS, other than for the need of motion blur-free shots where OIS is simply not fast enough to freeze the motion.
They have made speakers louder and louder each generation. This one will surely have another improvement again.

It's called XZ1 , cause names are selected by one of the Sony computers and computers start counting from 0.
