Luxor, 30 Aug 2017Asus trying to be HTC. That headset seriously runs on windows? It's on Windows, yeah. It's the new Microsoft Mixed Reality HMD's that "all" brands are launching this autumn. VR with added cameras for an option to do both VR and mixing VR with what's actually around you.

euu, 30 Aug 2017Is that something to be glad about?Yes I never use the numpad and dont want other keys to get crammed because numpad, if you use it then good for you as it has become a standard (Except for XPS 15 and macbook and sub 15" laptops)

But watched a video of this laptop and it does indeed have numpad.. so no luck for me

Anonymous, 30 Aug 2017This race to thinnest is stupid for laptops. I'd rather hav... morei can understand where you are coming from but to be honest I think it is partially justified.

I own an HP spectre 13 inch (you rember right , one of the thinest laptops/ultrabooks around)

I love that it just weigh anything and that i can carry it with me wherever I want to go.
It is a solid laptop that can get me through a complete morning (starting 8:30 to around 12:30) browsing the internet en listening music.

I am happy about that as I would hate to have laptop weighing in at 2 kg just for a big ass battery.

All in all it is just about what you want to use it for.
i didn't buy the spectre because it has such amazing specs.... but for an easy laptop to take with me that isn't to big but also not to small.
has a great screen and is super light.

its all in what you want and what you want to do with it.

So partially thinner laptos are a good addition to the market but I do agree that there should also be a counterpart to that

No thank you, laptops aren't used everywhere anyways.

This race to thinnest is stupid for laptops. I'd rather have a 20mm thick laptop with a 30hr battery life than a 10mm laptop with only 8 hours of battery life.
