LG V30 supports Daydream VR, is the first phone to use T-Mobile's 600MHz network

Ok, by and far for my needs T mobile has been a great company.
In September of 2016, I had 3 Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Duos phones capable of G3 data, but not G4/LTE. I was in Aurora, Colorado at the time and my phones worked for G3 data. I went overseas for two months, where my phones continued to work flawlessly. Immediately upon my return to the United States I no longer could connect to G3 data and was scaled down to the dirt, only could get edge data, which internet sites would not even allow access to their pages. I contacted T mobile with this problem. First, the representatives I spoke with stated something must be wrong with my phone. Okay, I could see one phone having an issue, but two? Definitely not three. The technicians thought maybe it was an issue with the tower near me. I drove to different areas and still had the same problem. After doing some research on my on at the library, because the people I was staying with did not have internet, I found out that T mobile had bought some 600mhz band width from the FCC. Apparently, with this purchase, T mobile decided to drop G3 coverage and any all contracts with AT&T that provided this coverage. I was forced to upgrade to a G4/LTE capable phone so I could get data. One tech even said that T mobile could not guarantee coverage. This I understand in the case of coverage being spotty, but in this case, they did not have any coverage due to their own designs. Which is more of a breach of contract. Last year I upgraded again prior to going overseas. It was September, a year after the 600 MHz debacle and still no phones on the market that provided 600 MHz coverage. In addition, even with the S8 that I purchased at the time, I still get dropped calls or no coverage. The Galaxy Grand Prime Duos that I still have active is in the dirt even more often and has only has edge data, but the user does not want to upgrade.
Question: How many people did T mobile make believe their phone was at fault when they pulled the plug on G3 and forced them to upgrade to G4/LTE because they bought frequencies that no one made a phone capable of using until a year later?
Because T mobile had the widest coverage area of any carrier is why I went with them in the first place. I travel widely and I need a phone that will work from East coast to west, north to south and overseas. If you never leave home, you never notice that you phone doesn’t work outside of your area.
That being said, T mobile still is a good choice for me, but they sure left me hanging in November of 2016 when my relative died unexpectedly and I had to go to the library every time I wanted to research how to handle their estate matters.

    Yah, they dropped all G3 service by Dec 2016 and no one made a 600mhz phone until now. gee thanks. had to upgrade when i returned from 2 months overseas cause i could only get edge data.

      Kudos LG for being first on the 600 band. Nice phone to consider even tho i'm not fond of the 18:9AR. I still have some key upcoming phones like ( Huawei Mate 10, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, Pixel 2XL, Nokia 9, ZTE Axon 8 ???, Sony etc) to look at b4 i settle on a new device.
      But a job well done LG...i just wish it was a 16:9AR full bezel-less screen with a 4000mAh+ battery.
