Motorola RAZR takes a fresh breath with V8 and V9

I had bought the phone last month. I had experience problem with in 3G call.
when i flip open(cannot see the other party) to make video call, the other side can hear properly. but when the flip close(can see urself) the other side CANNOT hear u at all.
there are many other probs. Here is the list:
1) Alarm Clock not functioning well. SOmetimes it works sometimes it does not.
2) The pictures cannot be view when the other side phone sent a MULTIPLE Pictures
3) Java game(tetris) freeze a while then normal back.
4) Hand free prob with the mic.
After i went to service centre, the only things that is fix is the alarm clock and the Mic in Handfree. It is because they upgrade the firmware/software.. that's veri disappointing.
I have to go back to Service Centre again.

Can i just upload it straight without the program is there a way?
I got the usb data cable with the phone but no software so im guessing maybe i dont need it, if there is a way can someone please tell me thanks.

This phone is OK. Its has a nice style, and the Music is great but there is some other problems with it, My dad got it for me for FREE because he works at Motorola. And Im not sure if it was a completed one...

Don't buy this phone!

I am on my third V9. The first would not set up Speed dial numbers. The second had very poor sound. Hope the third is OK. What really is a negative is that you pay for a new unit, but when they replace it under "warranty" you get a re-manufactured unit. Seems like they should replace with a new unit. I think otherwise you are just getting another problem. Also, it does no good to complain since you are talking to someone that doesn't understand English in India, etc.

Everyone complaining about the OS/UI of motorola. Give the new OS a try. It's like night & day in comparison. I have used Nokia, SE, LG Motorola & I agree the OS on the what were use to Motorola's were very problematic, But after using the Rokr E2 it's a whole new ball game. Try the V8 or Z6 see if your not amazed at it's ability. Not to mention the speed of the processor's. V8 is 500mhz, Z6 is 628mhz
Very few if any phone can compete with the speed.

i've been noticing that the ratings for the Razr2 V8/V9 is going down intensivly. I wonder why??

Dudes,what does motorola have against us FM Radio lovers.none of these phones have the support for stereo fm radio.major models of their current line up dont have it.
only the A1200,Rokr E6 and L9.
wonder when will motorola learn from these mistakes

I think its great how Motorola has kept the Razrs similar but each one so very differnt. Im looking foward To autum so i can upgrade my phone to a Razr.
As for software problems i have yet to see a new Rzrs that have them, altough ealry on they did suffer.
I hope the v10 will be a little bit bigger so that maybe they can fit in a decent camera. my only problem is im gonna hate the v8/9 lack of auto focus

Such a beauty !
I dont like the Motorola, becouse all the models are the same.
But I must say that I really like these RAZOR shaped phones becouse of the weight and its fonctionality and also becouse of the slim shape.

When are motorola gona grow up and drop the v3 design? they all look so similar and have so many software problems! Motorola have become one dimensional and have fallen some distance behind Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson!
