AnonD-666681, 13 Sep 2017And Romanian's size? Exactly...Romania is about 238,400 km². So USA is abou t 40 times larger not 1000 times.

Singapore is very small, a small city state.

USA has 50 states and 5 territories in its federation, but few are highly populated and industrialized. Romania is about an average state in USA and Europe as size and population and industrialization.

And indictating that size is equal to difficulty in setting things up? Especially when you consider the US is more advanced in terms of economy, infrastructure and technology is not correct, is it?

TMobile is slightly better than Sprint. At least you can roam on T-Mobile for free.

It is about the cost. Germany cannot afford flat rate for unlimited mobile data like USA with T-Mobile, despite owning T-Mobile. Same goes with the cars, German cars made in Germany are more expensive when sold in Germany than US. In the end the highest affordability factor which is: f = (speed x data-size) / cost, is in USA.

However, I doubt most of the data includes the Average Speed, Top Speed, and Percentage of Acceptable Speed in certain deserted locations like the open desert, thick woods, and Alaskan ice sheets.

So we can see that if you use these extreme metrics like high land size (>300,000km2), high populations (>50 Million), and high GDP (>$300,000 Million total), you're going to get skewed results... and it would be a fruitless endeavour.

It's probably more realistic to simply compare USA's average speed of ~20Mbps (or top of +23) and compare that to average to other 1st-2nd world nations. If you want a more Apples-to-Apples, perhaps target countries with similar nominal GDP (>$700 mean weekly income) and land tolerance (>5,000m2 per capita).

I've been using T-Mobile here in the US for 12+ years. No complaints on data speed. Still cheaper than Verizon and AT&T, though the AT&T plans are almost as cheap now, depending in your needs.
