Yes Android is a good mobile OS.
But as you can see that 36% is divided among 3 or 4 mobile manufactures
unlikely iOS and Blackberry OS. These two are doing well alone.

The situation in Armenia is getting close to this, but still, android needs to be developed and promoted a bit around here.
