How come GSMA could not detect this issue while doing a full review... it completely proves that the error, if any is there, would be very very minute... and cannot be detected at all in normal use.... secondly, i see a lot of haters here rather than genuine people.... i haven't got one but waiting to get

AnonD-2486, 02 Jun 2011This is a fine example to prove that yellow tint is alivenobody says it does not. but why do you worry that much about others garbage when you have bunch of garbage in your pocket? 1st you correct your things and then come back to others. All latest Nokia phones have AMOLED displays and that mean all latest Nokia phones have screen defects. Did they give any solution for N8's defects? NOOO.Got it? Go get a life dude. Do something useful to yourself. You cant change the world and stop people buying what they like. If you like Nokia, go buy one and stay with it and let others to get what they want (SE, Samsung, Moto, HTC).
            tnx...

No product is perfect. All product lines have issues or defects. Everyone has had some system and or physical issue, especially when first released. Just like any other small problem the good outways in this case...Majorly too. And it is still the most advanced and powerfull phone to date

there's no white spot the problem is with the browser it self
i'v used firfox, dolphin, skyfire on the same link that you provided and there was no spots or whatever.
but when using the browser the default one and entering the site i had that white spot or yellowish idc
plus i used the same gray of the site on an image and there wasnt any white or yellow spot
therefore i think the problem is with the default browser not the Super amoled plus screen.

now people learned a lesson, intelegent people r now looking for the quality not the quantity of specs like samsung did.

My phone exhibits none of these display problems - works in every respect almost perfectly. The only grudge I have with it is the battery life once syncing is turned on (known FastDormancy issue). Otherwise - 9.5 out of 10!

I haven't got any screen issues with my SGS2 but i have got one problem, if I put my SGS2 down on my desk and dont worry the screen brightness can be up or down, i cant seem to leave it there for more than 5 minutes i have to pick it up and play with it(everybody can try this at home, the people who haven't got one try to borrow one from someone)i've been on to samsung and they say this is normal but i said i've got an Iphone 4,HTC Desire HD, Blackberry Torch,Orange San Francisco and the Samsung Galaxy s and i dont have this issue with my other phones they said take it to the shop you bought it from and see what they say.I just hope this spreads around the internet because i think people should know, Samsung shouldn't get away with it.
                              P.S it's just happened again ; )

My choice will be SONY Xperia Arc or LG optimus Black or HTC Sensation (LCD screens are not subject to accelerated degradation or lose brightness. AMOLED kind screens have these issues).
When I look at pro galaxy comments it seem that they compare the latest Super Amoled Plus to two years old LCD screens.

I just went on the website to check, and I could not see any yellow tint or any defect. I adjusted the brightness and still nothing. I'm not sure it is all Sg2's.

Symbian will have some issue, ios will also have. nothing can be perfect we have to choose the one with minimum bugs. i have an Android and i feel its really a very good OS with negligible amount of Bugs.
