PSA: Turning off Wi-Fi or Bluetooth from Control Center in iOS 11 doesn't actually turn them off

Oddly enough, this is a feature, not a bug - if you want Wi-Fi or Bluetooth fully off, you need to go to Settings.

Awful. This is bad for security. Moreover you get unnecessary electromagnetic radiation. Scientists don't know yet whether such electromagnetic radiation can cause cancer. Especially when you consider that some people use their phone 24h at a small distance.
