Nokia used to be a great brand, but now-a-days it suffers from a serious lack of firepower.
Again 680Mhz processor,again 256mb RAM, again the outdated 640*480 screen resolution,again the fixed focus camera...come on nokia you can do better by listening to your consumers, like samsung and LG have done,and they reap the fruits..
Design and build go only half way for a phone's success.You can't use a bow and arrow to fight wars,even if the bow and arrows are aerodynamic and well designed.

Because every teenager messages and messages!!! if u read the article given by gsmarena carefully you will come to know that sms stands in 3 position in the MOST ESSENTIAL requirements and not everyone chats everyday they just forward messages to their friends everyday to more than 15 people. I send about 150 sms daily what about you?? 1 sms/week??????
"No QWERTY keyboard in portrait mode." Have u heard of symbian S60 V5??? (5800, 5233, 5230) all these have qwerty keyboard in portrait mode and in symbian^3 it will be given in PR2.0 as well as multitouch support as symbian still in WORK UNDER PROGRESS. Got it??

But its not like messaging is perfect in symbian, is it? No QWERTY keyboard in portrait mode. No multitouch support for typing, means more errors while typing.

iphone owners are the everyday phone owners, like a majority of Android users who don't care about clock speeds and wether they can play full Flash.
I don't see why Android owners are banded together like they are. It's a mixed OS, that is either good or bad depending on your handset. What happened to brand loyalty?

[deleted post]Isn't it stil the greatest? In terms of numbers of phones shipped and revenue, I'm pretty sure nothing can come close to the numbers that Nokia has. Pretty much everything you guys are enjoying was pioneered and made by Nokia. Gorilla glass, 3D screen, capacitive displays, retina, nova, super amoled, bravia display are all made by Nokia. That's why Nokia is the King!

Blankman, 05 Jun 2011Erm. Bluetooth 3, 720p video are hardly 2008. increase some knowledge and listen to this carefully.... iphone released in 2008 was iphone 3g and it doesn't had video recording feature!!! iphone 4 was the first iphone with hd video recording and it was released in 2010!!!!!
