The people complaining about this are poor and from substandard countries, the phone itself looks fine nothing out of the ordinary and the 3 year supported stock software and flagship hardware features make this a fantastic phone for any potential buyer.

Wow people these days value LOOKS over FUNCTION.
They wont buy the phone just because it is "ugly"
but what about...
-3 year guaranteed software update and security update + Fast update
-Stock android = Fast and smooth
-One of the best camera out there
-Dual front facing speakers
-UNIQUE design (I don't want another iPhone, LG, Samsung looking phone out there)
-Things that are missing...
-HEADPHONE JACK. (Dammit google)
Objectively speaking this is a great phone. End of discussion.

In fairness until recently Sony's were fine and people were taking crap. And its only now that they are a bit much. Only the xzp is ridiculous with monstrous bezels that have no utilization to even justify them.
