Sony Xperia Z5 family gets a firmware update

The build number moves to version 32.4.A.1.54 with a security patch updated to September 1.

Hopefully this update will solve the headphone problem/s. Try using stock Z5 Premium Dual earpiece dosen't wotk very well. It make videos stuck (pauses) many times. Plese solve this problem ASAP. Make it Premium again. :(

I made my... moreAs an owner of Xperia C4 Dual E5333, I even remember that back in September 2016 when Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for C Series roll-out , it's counterparts mid-range series besides M Series, specifically the C4 and C5 Ultra one, has a better treatment update than the M4 Aqua such as Xperia X icons, Xperia X features (support in settings, etc.) and lots of more features than in M4 Aqua which quite strange, as C4 has (a little bit inferior) MT6752 while M4 Aqua has (a little bit superior) S615.

      I recently update my sony xperia Z5 premium dual.. touch response when you are opening and closing an app is much faster now unlike the last update. 1 touch it will response immediately...

      im going to see about the batter heat when im going to play later,, :)

        I updated my Xperia Z5 dual to latest update.
        I notice phone is charging quickly but draining a bit faster too.

            Hey.. how about the bug fix update for th xperia c4 and c5?all soft keys/soft home/navigation botton is not working... fix update.. why no support

I'm using Z5c in LP for stability and battery life. What's so different with N or MM? Updates are always worrying, issues here and there. LP is the most stable.

                4.6" is more than adequate, and there's no need to increase it. If we continue to increase this, then we might come to a point where 5.5" would be considered "too small" for a smartphone screen size standard.

                  Update just killed my z5 Xperia premium

                    I got the 7.1.1 update in my X Compact. I wonder if other companies update their non flagship devices aswell.

                                    In terms of quality, the flagship will still have a better camera, faster storage, higher clocked ram, a better display, better materials and things like that
