The build number moves to version 32.4.A.1.54 with a security patch updated to September 1.

    Hope they won't give up us on next Compact with Mirai design - Edge-to-edge, maintaining XZ1 Compact 127-129 mm tall and 61 mm wide size, so 5-5.1'' 18:9 screen. Hope JOLED and with IP68 protection.

      my 2 years old xiaomi also gets firmware update. xiaomi really care to their customers. and of course cheaper

I made my... moreSame thing as an "old" flagship, most have the update period of 2 years, if you buy it 1 year after release you will be having only a 1 year update for that specific phones. mid rangers phone have an update period of merely 1 year or even 6 month before the support is dropped.
        Pixel 2 having a 3 year update period will be awesome and i'm sure other brands will do the same with their flagship

          Glad they at least support their high end phones. I made my Xperiences with mid range Xperia M4 Aqua and update-wise, it was treated like second-class, same goes for overall quality. I will never buy a mid range again, if I want to save money, I buy an old flagship, period.
