China always requires special snowflake versions of foreign phones in order to allow them to be sold and that takes time.
And HMD is Finnish, there's nothing wrong with releasing their phones in their homeland.

HMD actually didn't wanted to sell Arte black Nokia 6 to the worldwide because they feared that the demand for the black edition will be very high as their arte black resource are very low and costly. So they secretly sell it in their homeland and Abu Dhabi in UAE without further do.

Order & chaos! I saw chaos in this neo startup (hmd) but there is not ORDER! 6(4Gb of RAM) only in China! Now what!? 8(6 GB of RAM) already in homeland! So, what's mean worldwide releasing!? Where is Arte black version of Nokia 6!??
