Thats some advanced digital audio, guess this is what google spokesperson told.

It's almost like the phone itself is screaming and clicking it's tongue to express disagreement with the removal of the 3.5 mm headphone jack in Google's and HTC phones! :P

Sound coming from internal storage when it is recording all your conversations. This is normal. Just bleat along.

Google can't seem to catch a break. But perhaps they themselves should start doing the Quality Control instead of passing it to the customer.

It has a clock in it. So, ticking sound is nothing unusual. Lol

I suspect this is similar kind of noise that was on the Galaxy Nexus.
Looks like quality control @Google/LG has much work to do to improve.
