Like I wrote many times before, Google must tone down that ridiculous release schedule of Android. And get its bugs fixed before release. Especially since many manufacturers only do one version-update :-(

Sammy may be no 1 in sales and flooding the market with low and mid range phones, but when it comes to long-lasting stable software, updates and optimization, it is on the bottom of the list. And if you buy a locked phone, you're done. Heck, even some of those chinese replikas are better when it comes to software updates.
This and the display that cracks if dropped from half a meter are the reasons I'm staying away from this brand. Looks don't matter if the software experience is bad.
I'd rather have a phone with bezels that is snappy and up-to-date than a bezeless lagwiz. Don't even get me started with the price.
You, I'm definitely getting the red XZ Premium.

Besides, you basically have to charge two devices instead of just one (the phone and the bluetooth headphones), not to mention Bluetooth wastes more battery than using regular wired headphones. Plus, sound quality still isn't up to par with wired headphones.

I have a Note5 and never use the 3.5mm jack. I also use wireless charging docks so no wear on microUSB port either, except in the car.

Probably some update might have caused this (firmware or app)

The thing is,even iphone freezes. There is no phone in this world that is perfect. But when paying 1000 euros on a phone like this and starts to freeze after one month, it's pretty unacceptable. And you'll start thinking if you were unlucky. I had galaxy alpha for 2 months and I installed OFFICIAL lollipop update. Guess what. After a week it started to restart itself, bootloop, freeze, overheating like an oven. BUT when it was on kitkat it was absolutely amazing! Then I bought a5 2016. After 18 months and updated to nougat is working fine, few app crashes every week. No deal. But the day before yesterday, I noticed that the glue between glass and digitizer started to melt in the upper right corner. Every friend that I have switched to iphone after using samsung flagships for 2 years because of the same issue. Software bugs and very slow updates. I consider doing the same. Even though I am a samsung fan since 2012.
