As much as I like this phone I can't help but think
Its some sort of trial run. Everyone has said mostly the same thing
is beautiful but shame it's running MeeGo. I don't think I have
Seen so much interest in A Nokia phone for years.

Which tells me they may be on the riflght road with
          WP7

Btw, rumors has it that Samsung will be manufacturing TVs that will be rebranded as Apple. Yup, it seems like Apple wants to get into the TV business.

sgs2 and sensation has been released with dual core cpu and now nokia announces its first 1 ghz phone?(god knows when this will be released!)
despite really great design i dont see any potential in this phone(even nokia knows this and switched to winmo 7 for their future platform!)

                      AnonD-5197, 22 Jun 2011They'll probably be bought out ;) But by who????????Apple.

They have the cash to buy Samsung if they want to. Samsung is worth 53 billion and Apple have 70 billion in cash. Apple can buy Nokia, Motorola, RIM, and HTC in one go. That's how rich Apple is.

How many apps do we have for Mee-go, I dont know many developers who are willing to develop apps for Mee-Go. So if you buy there will be not support for Apps and i am sure once Nokia comes out with Windows phone there will be no real support from Nokia as well.

Seeing as how RIM can't produce anything groundbreaking, RIM's influence in the mobile industry has become very small.

They also need to fire those 2 CEOs they have. RIM needs a visionary, not some cry babies who defends their own crappy work.
