I haven't had any updates since September so I suspect something is wrong with my phone. Their support is rubbish. They have no knowledge and close the case. No advice. Regretting this phone. Camera is so average for mid range phone.

Ranking on who gave out the Oreo update.
1st = Sony XZ Premium
2nd = HTC U11
3rd = Nokia 8
I wonder who will be fourth? OnePlus 5/Huawei Mate 9 is my guess

Just wait for the Lumia Camera app. HMD Nokia managed to get that asset from Microsoft. If it's still bad, what to expect from IMX 258, the Snapdragon 625 of camera sensors. I'm pretty sure LG G6 is having that complaints too.

0.6 seconds on shutter, just like it was before. I guess gsma didn't try it before oreo. Daylight pictures are improved a little bit, but still no improvement on low-light or night pictures. Even with 3rd party camera apps.

I got the update too.But didn't notice any improvement on "Camera AF" .It still struggle while focusing object.Also,Am not able to use Picture in Picture mode feature.Nothing special brings from Nokia in this update.

Great. HMD have kept their promises and are truly Making Nokia Great Again!
It's more impressive considering that they are just new to the game and yet have released the Oreo update faster than some bigger players who also use lean versions of Android.

I guess when 8 does receive android p still am waiting for that according to glass back in 9 there is no choices for me oh God
